Job Description

Platform Support - Liaison Managed File Transfer System

Rahway, NJ 07065 (Remote)

3 years Contract

Any profile with good hands-on experience on below listed Mandatory skills (alternative to Liaison MFT Support role).

B2B application architecture, File transfer protocols.
Networking concepts (SSL/TLS, Firewalls)
Dynatrace Application Monitoring tools
AWS S3 services
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell commands
Power BI knowledge will be added advantage
Coordinate with upstream/downstream application, network, firewall and server teams
Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity support
Production monitoring and incident troubleshooting
Failed/stuck file-transfer investigation
Trading-partner onboarding.
Firewall, proxy, DNS and network troubleshooting
Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira/BMC or similar ticketing tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
RCA and production incident management
Support deployments, configuration changes, certificates and key renewals.
Participate in 24 7/on-call support as required.
