Are you a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar? Do you have a background in internal recruitment and want to work for one of the leading companies in the Audio and Events Industry, who offer a 35 hour week on a short-term basis and an excellent working environment with great people focused culture?

This market-leading audio company provides equipment for live events across the UK including festivals such as Glastonbury and Global Tours for mainstream artists. They have experienced steady growth over the last 50 years and have recently moved into an impressive new premises, almost doubling their headcount in the last 2 years.

In this varied role, you will manage all aspects of the recruitment process, working alongside the HR Manager, collaborating with line managers during first stage interviews, screening candidates, brief recruitment agencies, ensure new hires have a structured onboarding and maintain the recruitment tracker. This is a Monday to Friday, 35 hour week, typically 10AM-6PM.

This role would suit a Talent Acquisition Partner or someone looking for an internal recruitment position on a 6 month contract, with a company who are a leader in their field, offer a great environment and the opportunity to work in an exciting industry.

The Role:

• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish.
• Writing job descriptions and adverts, pre-screening candidates
• Working with line managers to schedule and undertake 1st interviews
• Manage the applicant tracker on excel
• Brief and work alongside preferred recruitment agencies
• Monday to Friday - 35 hour week
