Department Head Fresh Counter | Düsseldorf, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a passionate leader to manage the fresh counter at a well-established grocery retailer, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is a key role that involves leading a team and ensuring the highest standards of product presentation and service.

The Role

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure outstanding product freshness, quality, and appealing display of fresh goods.
