The Role

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure outstanding product freshness, quality, and appealing display of fresh goods.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Manage inventory, ordering, pricing, and cost control for the fresh counter.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in all operations.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in fresh produce, baked goods, or similar fresh counter environments.
• Strong understanding of product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Solution-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving results.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including Saturdays.
