Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ab Initio Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Ab Initio development, data warehousing, and database technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement ETL solutions using Ab Initio.
  • Create and maintain Ab Initio graphs, plans, scripts, and reusable components.
  • Develop and optimize data integration workflows for large-scale data processing.
  • Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Optimize ETL performance and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, architects, and other development teams.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL Development.
  • Strong experience with:
    • GDE (Graphical Development Environment)
    • Co>Operating System
    • Conduct>IT
    • EME (Enterprise Meta Environment)
  • Strong SQL and database development skills.
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Snowflake, or similar databases.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Financial Services domain experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
