Epic Cogito Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a Senior Epic Cogito Business Analyst to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data visualization initiatives focused on Professional Billing. This individual will serve as a senior-level subject matter expert, developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting solutions using Epic's reporting suite while partnering with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support reporting requests utilizing Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and related reporting tools.

*Develop dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting specifications.
• Build and maintain complex business logic and reporting datasets.
• Support Enterprise Data Warehouse and data governance initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders and stakeholders to deliver actionable analytics.
• Assist with software upgrades, enhancements, testing, and reporting maintenance activities.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and job aids.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, data management, software development, or information technology in a healthcare environment is required.
Technical Skills: Certification in Epic Cogito, Epic Clarity, Epic Caboodle, and one applicable Epic Data Model is required. Experience with data visualization and dashboard development is also required.
Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive Professional Billing (PB) reporting experience.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and KPIs.
• Enterprise Data Warehouse experience.
• Metadata management and data governance experience.
• Experience mentoring analysts and serving as a reporting subject matter expert.
