Marketing Coordinator, International

Movable Ink is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, International to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key role in executing marketing efforts across all regions outside the US, including EMEA and ANZ. Reporting to the Associate Director, International marketing, this generalist role provides multi-channel support across a variety of marketing disciplines with a key focus on regional events, gifting programs, and campaign management. This role also will play a strong role in supporting the global marketing organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, fast-paced marketer looking to build a comprehensive foundation in B2B demand generation and understand where their future long-term career path lies.

Responsibilities:

• Support with the execution of our International event plan, including hosted events, partner events and third party events.
• Support regional and global gifting campaigns, swag warehouse logistics, and platform deployment to support sales and business development outreach
• Support global campaign management initiatives, including project management of global campaigns as well as local ABM-efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B capacity and/or events capacity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to project manage and multi-task effectively
• Creative and thinks outside the box
• Working independently as needed
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• Preferred but not required: Experience with marketing and sales tools like Canva, Bizabo, Salesforce, Sendoso, etc.

The base pay range for this position is £34-£44/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
