Job Description
Super Retail Group is seeking an ECP Functional Specialist to optimise and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. You will partner with People Operations, Digital & Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable payroll solutions and enhanced employee experience.
You will act as the ECP SME, lead payroll system enhancements, testing, and governance for upgrades, while building capability through coaching and documentation.
