Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Service Support Specialist to provide technical and customer support for warranty and non-warranty repair issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot service issues and coordinate repair solutions.

• Document diagnostic results, repair actions, and customer information in service databases.

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.

• Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred.

• 2–3+ years of related experience.

• Automotive customer service experience preferred, especially dealership service advisor or automotive parts store experience.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling approximately 20 service tickets per day.
