2076 Riverbed Systems Engineer SME (TS/SCI Required) with Security Clearance

THIS IS A FEDERAL CONTRACT - U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED US DoD TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI) REQUIRED 100% ON-SITE - MACDILL AFB, TAMPA, FL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES: All Points is seeking a Riverbed Systems Engineer SME to support the USSOCOM SITEC III Program at Headquarters United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) located at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated US DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

The selected candidate will serve as the senior technical authority for Riverbed performance monitoring, digital experience management, and network visibility platforms supporting classified and unclassified enterprise environments. This position is responsible for engineering, administration, optimization, security, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and technical leadership across NIPR, SIPR, and SOCRATES enclaves.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Design and implement secure Riverbed monitoring architectures across NIPR, SIPR, and SOCRATES environments • Engineer scalable Riverbed deployments supporting hybrid, virtual, and physical infrastructures • Develop enclave-specific system design documentation, engineering diagrams, and data flow documentation • Integrate Riverbed solutions with SIEM, ITSM, cybersecurity, and enterprise monitoring platforms • Provide Tier II/III engineering support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization • Administer platform configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery validation • Manage role-based access controls, auditing policies, configuration management, and change control processes • Analyze application, network, and endpoint performance trends and develop actionable operational insights • Develop executive dashboards, operational reports, and mission-impact assessments • Tune monitoring policies and alert thresholds to improve visibility and reduce operational noise • Support cybersecurity compliance requirements including STIG implementation, ATO support documentation, vulnerability management, and system hardening • Coordinate with Network, Cybersecurity, Systems, and Application teams during operational and incident-response activities • Develop and maintain SOPs, engineering documentation, operational runbooks, and technical procedures • Brief government leadership on system health, performance trends, operational issues, and risk posture • Mentor junior administrators and engineers • Automate routine administration and reporting activities using PowerShell, Python, or Bash EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE One of the following is required: • Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant experience • Master's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience • PhD plus 5+ years of relevant experience SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience & Skills: • Advanced experience with Riverbed AppResponse, NetProfiler, Portal, Aternity, and/or NPM+ in enterprise or DoD environments • Experience supporting Riverbed performance monitoring, digital experience management, and network observability solutions in enterprise or DoD environments • Application Performance Monitoring (APM) • Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) • TCP/IP • SNMP • NetFlow • sFlow • Windows Server administration • Linux administration • VMware or enterprise virtualization platforms • PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash scripting • REST API integrations • SQL database experience • Splunk, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms • Performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization • Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Enterprise systems engineering experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams Desired Experience & Skills: • Multi-enclave architecture support • NIPR/SIPR environment experience • SOCRATES environment experience • Executive dashboard and reporting development • STIG compliance and cybersecurity hardening • ATO documentation support • Vulnerability remediation and patch management • DoD enterprise operations experience • Technical leadership and mentoring experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Must possess one of the following DoD 8570 IAT Level II certifications: • CompTIA Security+ (minimum) • SSCP • CySA+ • GSEC Must meet DoD 8140 requirements for Work Role Code 451 (System Administrator, Advanced proficiency level).

HIGHLY DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS • Riverbed Certified Solutions Associate (RCSA) • SolarWinds Certified Systems Administrator (SCSA) SECURITY CLEARANCE • U.S. Citizenship is required • ACTIVE, CURRENT, FULLY ADJUDICATED US DoD TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI) REQUIRED COMPENSATION $180,000 - $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and certifications.
