Junior Telecom Expense Specialist (TEM)

Telecom Expense Management & Calero Onboarding (Core Focus)
Lead end-to-end onboarding of telecom services from legacy ERP systems into Calero TEM.
Accurately classify telecom services (voice, data, wireless, satellite, SIP, legacy) during migration.
Build, validate, and maintain a complete and accurate telecom inventory within Calero.

• Vendor & Carrier Coordination
  Manage relationships with domestic and international telecom carriers.
• Inventory & Asset Governance
  Maintain and continuously improve enterprise-wide telecom inventory accuracy.
• Billing, Financial Controls & Reporting
  Oversee telecom billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• M&A Integration Leadership
  Lead telecom due diligence efforts for acquisitions, including inventory discovery and contract review.

- Experience with Calero TEM (strongly preferred)
