Sales Trainer

Offix LC is seeking a Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of our sales team in the wholesale office technology space. This role designs and delivers engaging training on multifunction copiers, printers, document management, and related solutions. You will onboard new reps, run ongoing coaching and ride-alongs, and create materials that sharpen prospecting, consultative selling, and closing skills. Partnering closely with sales leadership, you'll use performance data to refine training, support CRM adoption, and help create a customer-first, learning-focused culture.
