The Role

• Lead a team of service technicians in vehicle glass repair and replacement, including ADAS calibration.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adherence to quality standards, and daily task planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover, offering expert advice.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and manage incoming service orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented, conduct inventory, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade, ideally with several years of experience as a master automotive technician, mechatronic technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to complete the relevant examination for operations management or already possess the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, with good German language proficiency and PC skills.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering trust and respect.
