the role:

Manage projects from order through to completion and handover.<br />Coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.<br />Manage project programmes, costs, risks and variations<br />Maintain regular communication with clients.<br />Coordinate snagging, completion and aftersales requirements.<br />Resolve customer issues and support warranty enquiries.<br />Maintain accurate project records and documentation.<br />Work closely with Sales, Design and Finance.<br />Team Leader: provide guidance, mentoring and workload support to the team.About you: You'll ideally have experience in project or contract management, coordination or a similar project-based environment.<br />Highly organised and commercially aware.<br />Confident communicating with customers and suppliers.<br />Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.<br />Practical and solutions focused.<br />Confident taking ownership and resolving problems.<br />For the Team Leader role, experienced in supporting, supervising or mentoring colleagues.If you're an experienced Contracts &amp; Aftersales Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Contracts Manager or Team Leader looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you
