Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Plumbing Sales Representative to join our successful, growing team at ARS. With us you will be able to grow your career and control your financial opportunity.
- No cold calling!
- No canvasing!
- We provide 100% of your Leads – We need you to close them!
If you are self-motivated with a desire for high earning potential we want you on our team! Our typical reps earn between $90-110k (our top performers have earned in excess of $200k).
Your role at ARS
- Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers.
- Dependable self-starter who will drive to our sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options.
- Committed to relationship selling with our customers and earning repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment all while performing excellent customer service and making our customers happy.
- This is an uncapped commission opportunity, take control of what you earn by utilizing your closing skills!

Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential In-Home environment. We prefer professionals in the Skilled Trades business model; Plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.
Plumbing Project Management and Residential Plumbing experience is a plus.
