Sr. AI Engineer (RAG + Integrations)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Summary: Own the Network AI Platform’s retrieval stack and APIs: source connectors, chunking/embedding, hybrid search, answer composition, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain/tune RAG pipelines.

• Own Python REST services powering query, routing, and alarm-correlation flows.

• Build/maintain connectors to ServiceNow, Splunk, SharePoint, internal wikis.

• Implement evaluation suites and guardrails.

• Investigate prod incidents and ship fixes.

Must-haves:

• 4–8 years total; 2+ years building LLM/RAG or search/retrieval systems.

• Strong Python; FastAPI/Flask; SQL; Redis/Snowflake/Postgres.

• Practical RAG experience.

• Hands-on with ServiceNow API, Splunk SDK/SPL, or SharePoint/Graph API.

Nice-to-haves: LangChain/LangGraph, pgvector/Redis, hybrid search, Kafka/Celery/RQ, Ray; networking/telecom familiarity.
