We are seeking a motivated individual to join a dynamic retail environment, known as the inventor of discount retail. This is an opportunity to contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

The Role

• Support the efficient management of store operations and team training, acting as a deputy for the First Cashier or Lead Employee.
• Undertake a variety of tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, including stocking sales areas and checking expiration dates.
• Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties, as well as assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant professional experience, or be a career changer.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to work diligently and efficiently.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and leadership potential.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with customers.
