The Role

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in retail, ideally with a background in grocery or discount retail.
• A friendly demeanor and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work diligently, with a hands-on approach.
• Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
• A background in retail trade education is preferred, though not strictly required.
