Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Promotional Medical Reviewer with oncology expertise to support our client's Promotional Medical Review Committee (PMRC).

This consultant will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and providing medical and scientific feedback on promotional materials to ensure accuracy, appropriate scientific communication, and alignment with applicable pharmaceutical industry standards.

The engagement is expected to begin with an initial 3 month contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

The candidate must be available to commit an average of 30- 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase hours as workload and project demands require.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide medical and scientific comments on oncology promotional materials submitted through the client's Promotional Medical Review Committee (PMRC).
• Evaluate promotional content for medical accuracy, scientific validity, and appropriate representation of clinical data.
• Participate in promotional medical review processes and collaborate with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to support the review and refinement of promotional materials.
• Support PMRC, PRC, MLR, or similar medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance during promotional medical review activities, as applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in promotional medical review within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Relevant oncology therapeutic area experience.
• Experience supporting PMRC, PRC, MLR, or similar promotional material review committees.
• Strong medical and scientific evaluation skills, with the ability to review and comment on promotional content.
• Ability to commit an average of 30 - 40 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up hours based on workload demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in promotional medical review or medical review committee activities.
• Extensive oncology promotional review experience within pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.
• Experience providing medical review guidance and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
