Job Description

Seeking a Cybersecurity Training Analyst for a 6-month contract. After the 6-months on contract Client will convert them to a full-time Client employee.

The work will be performed 100% onsite at Fort Meade, Maryland.

Additional details:
  • Number of openings 3
  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm however candidates can come in as early as 7am and leave at 3pm.

This is a training development position. We are looking for candidates who have created training courses and knows how to maintain them.

Must haves:
  • Eligible to obtain & maintain Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Active IAT level 2 or IAT level 3 certification
  • 6 – 12 years of experience
  • Must have experience with one of these systems
    • DRRS Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) – most important
    • Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
    • Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 to 8 years of applicable combined education and experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Required DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph
  • IAT Level II (Security +, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP)
  • Must have a solid knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System: Requirements; Plans; Execution; & Assessments
  • Must be familiar with the three programs of record for the Joint Training System (DRRS, JTIMS and JLLIS).
  • Familiar with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for joint training exercise planning.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support exercise development events.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
  • Demonstrated experience briefing Seniors.
