Job Description
Seeking a Cybersecurity Training Analyst for a 6-month contract. After the 6-months on contract Client will convert them to a full-time Client employee.
The work will be performed 100% onsite at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Additional details:
This is a training development position. We are looking for candidates who have created training courses and knows how to maintain them.

- Number of openings 3
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm however candidates can come in as early as 7am and leave at 3pm.
This is a training development position. We are looking for candidates who have created training courses and knows how to maintain them.
Must haves:
- Eligible to obtain & maintain Active Top Secret Clearance
- Active IAT level 2 or IAT level 3 certification
- 6 – 12 years of experience
- Must have experience with one of these systems
- DRRS Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) – most important
- Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)
- Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 to 8 years of applicable combined education and experience; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Required DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph
- IAT Level II (Security +, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP)
- Must have a solid knowledge of all four phases of the Joint Training System: Requirements; Plans; Execution; & Assessments
- Must be familiar with the three programs of record for the Joint Training System (DRRS, JTIMS and JLLIS).
- Familiar with the Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) for joint training exercise planning.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support exercise development events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.
- Demonstrated experience briefing Seniors.
