Key Responsibilities

• Actas adomainSMEfor Insurance business areas suchasClaims, Policy Administration, Underwriting, Billing, orrelated platforms.
  
• Engagewith RSA business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points,and transformation goals.
  
• Translatebusiness requirements intofunctional specifications, solutioninputs, and backlog items.
  
• Supportsolution definition, process design, and impact analysis for changeinitiatives.
  
• Providedomainguidanceduringdesign, development, testing, and UATphases.
  
• Reviewfunctional designs, user stories, and test scenarios to ensure businessalignment.
  
• Supportproduction issues withbusiness impact analysis and prioritization.
  
• Collaboratewith Architects, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensuresolutions meet business intent.
  
• Participatein governance forums, workshops, and client discussions as a trustedadvisor.
  

Domain& Functional Skills (Mandatory)

• Strongexperience inGeneral Insurancedomain(preferablyP&C)
  
• Hands onknowledge ofClaims / Policy / Billing / Underwritingprocesses
  
• Experienceworking oncore insurance platformsand surroundingecosystems
  
• Abilityto performbusiness analysis, functional design, and processmapping
  
• Strongunderstanding ofend to end insurance value chain
  

Technical & Delivery Exposure

• Experienceworking closely with.NET / Java / Digital platforms(nocoding required)
  
• UnderstandingofAgile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models
  
• ExposuretoUAT planning, execution, and business sign off
  
• Abilityto work with distributedonshore-offshore delivery teams
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 12+yearsoverall experience with5+ years inInsurancedomainconsulting
  
• Experienceworking inlarge enterprise / regulated environments
  
• Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills
