Position Summary

We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to operate and monitor production equipment used in our plastics manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up equipment and make basic production adjustments.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Load materials and monitor material flow.
• Identify and report equipment problems.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Complete production and quality-control paperwork.
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with supervisors and production team members to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and procedures.
