They are looking for a skilled Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge technology development and directly support critical defense missions. The Role • Utilize MBSE methodologies and tools to develop system architectures for new programs and integrate existing capabilities into test or fielded hardware. • Capture, decompose, and trace system-level requirements, and analyze, define, and refine system architectures and interfaces. • Develop system structure and behavior models using MBSE tools like NoMagic CSM. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including government stakeholders, software, test, mechanical, and electrical engineers. • Mentor junior team members and assist in developing technical documentation and briefing materials. • Support solution architecture alignment with customer requirements. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, test engineering, or a related field. • US Citizenship is required. • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS clearance. • Experience working in a Systems Integration Lab (SIL) environment. • Proficiency with SysML, preferably using Cameo/MagicDraw. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
