Job description

Bring It

  • Experience in project management or project coordination

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal, across different stakeholder levels

  • Fluency in German and English

  • AI mindset: curiosity and enthusiasm for working with and learning about artificial intelligence

  • Visual storytelling & content design: ability to translate complex content into clear, compelling slides and documentation

Structured thinking & conceptual work: capacity to navigate complexity and make it accessible

Build It

  • Support the project team end-to-end: prepare status meetings, draft meeting minutes, and coordinate project communication (roll-out materials, slide decks, email copy, and more)

  • Contribute actively to Work Stream – Learning & Curriculum: help shape a coherent AI learning architecture for the STAR program - from a shared foundational AI baseline to differentiated, track-specific learning paths for Business- and IT-Oriented graduates. As part of this conduct role mapping for STAR conversion career tracks to define core skill sets (technical, behavioral, and AI-specific) per role family and develop a Skills Growth Portfolio framework that enables students to self-assess, track, and demonstrate their readiness for conversion roles.

  • Support Work Stream – Dynamic Steering & Rotations: assist in designing the structured rotation model across the 24-36 month program - including rotation logic, host team requirements, and supervisor enablement - and help source practical placements in teams actively building, deploying, or operating AI agents

  • Serve as the bridge between German-based stakeholders — including L&D, business units, the STAR Germany team, and the Works Council where applicable — and the broader E2E AI Journey project team. Localize AI learning content, delivery formats, and facilitation approaches to align with German cultural norms and regulatory requirements, including co-determination and training compliance.

Belong

Our mission: to fuel the next generation of SAP - discovering, developing, and inspiring talent by transforming potential into extraordinary performance through continuous learning, innovative experiences, and a culture of individual growth.

You will join us at a pivotal moment: as a core contributor to the E2E STAR AI Journey, a strategic initiative that integrates artificial intelligence across the entire dual vocational training program (STAR) - from learning design to practical placements.

Why Us?

  • Stay ahead of the curve: contribute to one of SAP's most forward-looking talent initiatives

  • Join a team that is genuinely passionate about what it does
