IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT team supporting manufacturing and corporate systems
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications uptime and security
• Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to align IT roadmap with plant and corporate goals
• Manage IT projects, vendors, and budgets to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions
• Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with corporate and industry standards
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of IT processes
• Support incident, problem, and change management for critical operations
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation
