Plant Manager

Description Build your future in hands-on manufacturing leadership in Jonesboro, AR, where strong production execution meets continuous improvement on an assembly-focused operation. In this Plant Manager opportunity, you’ll lead daily plant performance with an emphasis on safe, efficient, high-quality output and reliable supply chain execution. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager position include: 10+ years of manufacturing or assembly management experience. Oversee assembly/manufacturing, shipping and receiving, inventory, production planning, and supply chain.

Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain. Lead and manage up to 10 technicians, including staffing, coaching, accountability, and employee development. Establish and maintain operational performance metrics and KPIs to improve productivity and equipment efficiency. Ensure a safety-first culture and compliance with applicable OSHA and workplace regulations. Drive quality by reducing defects, scrap, and rework in coordination with production and engineering.

Use basic MS Office; training available on Activate manufacturing software (ERP experience not required).

Salary: $100k-$150k per year, commensurate with experience.
