Software Programmer – Mid Level with Security Clearance

Title: Software Programmer – Mid Level Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain CI polygraph Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain a database with tools not limited to Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript inscription with Federal Records Act (FRA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and Privacy Act (PA) compliance and integrity.
• Provide software engineering and computer programming expertise to digitize scalable volumes of documentation to ingest, retrieve, view and export.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience programming, operating and maintaining databases, certificates and/or education in IBM Watson, IBM Enterprise Name Search, Java Fusion Charts, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau and Oracle
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques and modeling approaches.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud-based big data technologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of intelligence analysis processes and mission requirements.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets in complex environments.
