The Role

• Lead technical operations, including vehicle glass repair and replacement, and calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)," overseeing technical responsibilities, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, order reception, and dispatch.
• Ensure quality assurance, inventory management, and compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience (e.g., automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork).
• Willingness to undergo or possession of a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" certification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and proficient German language skills.
• Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Excellent customer focus, service orientation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, fostering a trusting team environment.
