This is an opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned business with a strong commitment to its employees and the environment. **The Role** • Operate, monitor, and manage turbine and steam boiler systems within a 5-shift operation. • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repair work on power plant equipment. • Identify, resolve, and analyze operational issues and plant malfunctions. • Ensure energy-efficient and reliable operation to guarantee continuous power and steam supply to paper machines. • Manage electricity generation for the power market. • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on various electrical, electronic, and control systems within the power plant. **What You'll Need** • Completed training as an automation technician, energy systems electrician, or a comparable electrical qualification. • Additional qualification as a certified power plant operator or boiler operator is desirable, or willingness to undertake relevant training. • Solid knowledge of control system maintenance, PLC controls (S7), and measurement and control technology. • Strong technical understanding and practical skills. • Team player with initiative, flexibility, and resilience. • Preparedness for shift work. **What's On Offer** • Secure, permanent position within a future-oriented family business. • Competitive salary package including 13th-month salary and holiday bonus. • 32 days of annual leave. • Excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement. • Comprehensive benefits package including various corporate benefits and a company pension plan.
