Job Description

Schichtelektriker / Kraftwerker (m/w/d) | Eltmann, Germany | On-site We're hiring on behalf of a leading European company within the paper industry, renowned for its innovative and modern approach to sustainable production and its significant contribution to regional energy initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned business with a strong commitment to its employees and the environment. **The Role** • Operate, monitor, and manage turbine and steam boiler systems within a 5-shift operation. • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repair work on power plant equipment. • Identify, resolve, and analyze operational issues and plant malfunctions. • Ensure energy-efficient and reliable operation to guarantee continuous power and steam supply to paper machines. • Manage electricity generation for the power market. • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on various electrical, electronic, and control systems within the power plant. **What You'll Need** • Completed training as an automation technician, energy systems electrician, or a comparable electrical qualification. • Additional qualification as a certified power plant operator or boiler operator is desirable, or willingness to undertake relevant training. • Solid knowledge of control system maintenance, PLC controls (S7), and measurement and control technology. • Strong technical understanding and practical skills. • Team player with initiative, flexibility, and resilience. • Preparedness for shift work. **What's On Offer** • Secure, permanent position within a future-oriented family business. • Competitive salary package including 13th-month salary and holiday bonus. • 32 days of annual leave. • Excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement. • Comprehensive benefits package including various corporate benefits and a company pension plan.
