Built on decades of experience in Medicaid, our team includes former state Medicaid directors, healthcare policy experts, health plan execs, and hospital leaders who know how to navigate the complexities of the system and find creative, impactful solutions that drive the greatest impact for the individuals and communities that need it most.

Prepare recurring Success Revenue schedules and workflow support after phased training; support routine schedules and workpapers for more complex revenue arrangements while escalating significant judgments.
Prepare detailed P&L variance analysis and related regional, sub-region, and account-level reporting reconciliations; clearly explain material or unusual activity.
Provide practical backup coverage for selected AP, AR, invoicing, cash, and collection activities, including invoice entry or coding, cash-sheet updates, payment application, aging follow-up, vendor or customer questions, and agreed close tasks.
Prepare assigned internal-control evidence, complete routine monitoring, and maintain approved SOPs, close checklists, job aids, and process documentation.
Support financial statement audit, tax, and other compliance requests by preparing recurring schedules, organizing PBC support, retrieving documentation, and tracking open requests.
Participate in NetSuite testing, accounting validation, reconciliations, issue tracking, and accounting support for system and process improvements, including NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.
Complete supervised cross-training and backup cycles for assigned processes and assist with recurring internal or external accounting requests, account research, data pulls, schedule updates, and follow-up.
Key Qualifications
