Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a proficient Systems Engineer to oversee and enhance our applications infrastructure across diverse networks. We are looking for a dedicated individual capable of ensuring application security compliance and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to address technical challenges.Description - Design, install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network components.
- Collaborate with developers, management, and other departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, procedures, and support.
- Research and assess emerging technologies for potential upgrades or new implementations.Experience LevelMid 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Required Skills
* 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles
* Proven experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools
* Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix, version control (Git), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
* Familiarity with Agile development practices
* Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)Optional Skills

Base Salary $180,000 - $218,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
