Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Requirement: Proven hands-on experience working with Google CX AS (Customer Experience Agent Studio) or deep proficiency with Google CCAI (Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CX Insights) with a rapid pivot into the GECX platform. Generative AI Concepts: Thorough understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and working with Google's Gemini LLM family. Contact Center Expertise: Strong understanding of CCaaS routing architectures, CRM data structures, webhooks, and API integrations. Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) environments, including service accounts, IAM permissions, and gcloud CLI utilities.
