Job Description

Role: AI Engineer

Location: Plano, TX, Wilmington, DE, Columbus, OH

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI/ML applications using Python.
Build and integrate LLM-based solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar models.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases.
Create and consume REST APIs for AI services.
Design prompts and optimize AI model performance.
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
Debug, test, and deploy AI applications.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus).
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Familiarity with REST APIs and Git.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI best practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
