Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- Manage projects and programmes through the full project lifecycle
- Provide strategic advice to clients on cost, programme, risk, and project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Prepare and present monthly project reports, programmes, and risk updates
- Drive effective communication across project teams
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies to achieve key objectives
- Proactively identify challenges and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve performance and project outcomes
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
- Working towards or already holding a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a variety of construction projects across the full lifecycle
- Strong understanding of project management best practice and delivery methodologies
- Previous consultancy, commercial, or developer-side experience would be advantageous
- Knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
