The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Handle a variety of roadside challenges, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Work independently, starting and finishing your day from your own driveway.
• Undertake demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the organization, embodying its trusted reputation.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
