The Role

• Build and maintain customer rapport through excellent phone and email service in a call center environment.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Minimize account aging by determining reasons for overdue payments through customer consultation.
• Achieve and maintain department goals while effectively multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with a team to reduce outstanding balances and minimize bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are advantageous.
