The ideal candidate thrives on thorough strategic briefs, taking an initial idea and turning it into a visual masterpiece. Whether using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma Gen AI, or a combination of tools, the candidate knows how to properly apply platforms to create scalable deliverables with results that shine. A true team player, the candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves and collaborate in the creative studio team with the opportunity to drive true impact within the organization s ecosystem of commercial marketers and medical strategy leads. In this role, the candidate will be a core "maker" on the creative team, focusing heavily on the day-to-day execution and production of creative assets. The team constantly tests new tools to determine how to deliver results faster while maintaining high quality standards of output. This position is a chance to become the design face of a strategic proof of concept supporting many formats such as email, social ads, banners, website updates, and brochures. Working alongside a project manager, content writer, and a team of marketers, the candidate will be responsible for the creation of derivative and net-new designs as the spotlight resource of this critical initiative with the brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary graphic designer working directly with the Art Director and brand team on a large number of creative assets and promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines and design system meticulously across all deliverables.
• Ensure every asset produced is typographically sound, compliant, and strictly adheres to regulatory review guidelines.
• Asset Management and File Delivery: Prepare flawless final files for print production and digital publishing. Understand design requirements for multiple formats and deliver artwork that is ready for publication across platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with project managers, copywriters, and brand teams to take creative briefs from initial layout to final, approved execution.
• Agile Iteration: Quickly and gracefully incorporate feedback from stakeholders and regulatory/compliance teams (CMLR reviews), iterating designs to meet both creative and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5-7 years of hands-on professional graphic design and production experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or a highly regulated industry is a strong plus.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma) and basic motion graphics (After Effects) is preferred but not required.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing excellent typography, layout, color theory, and a heavy emphasis on flawlessly executed, real-world design deliverables (digital, print, and presentations).

• Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for detail, from kerning and alignment to spotting inconsistencies in formatting and brand application.
• Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of the final product.
