The Opportunity 

We're looking for a skilled Senior Biomedical Data Manager to join our team and help support the execution of PathAI’s pharmaceutical and academic partnerships, including analysis of large clinical trials and validation of newly developed biomarkers and internal initiatives. The data manager will work closely with machine learning engineers, biostatisticians and program managers to ensure that our clinical datasets are well organized, accurate, and that we are maximizing our platform’s capabilities. The Data Manager will be responsible for interfacing with partners to integrate new projects, take initiative in improving our platform, and provide expertise towards the development of our system for hosting multi-modal clinical data.

  • Provide cross functional Subject Matter Expertise related to digitalization of whole side images, and end user input to platform teams for future feature development:
  • Accountable for algorithm deployments:
    • Demonstrate working knowledge of Jabba and ML platform
    • Run redeployments of established workflows
    • Accurately digest and rework previous workflows to fit new projects
  • Team/Documentation:
    • Develop strategy to increase team efficiencies and tooling
    • Serve as a mentor to peers, providing guidance to overcome barriers and encourage career growth

What You Bring  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biomedical or related field (biomedical informatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics)
  • 2-4 years working in biomedical research with an emphasis on data curation and communication.

This position is based in Boston or Remote
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location Boston, MA is $93,750 - $143,750.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
