In-Home Sales Representative

In this field-based role, you will run company-provided appointments, conduct on-site evaluations, deliver professional product demonstrations, and produce accurate quotes. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial visit to signed contract, collaborating with operations to ensure smooth installations. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess remodeling needs and present solutions
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and detailed project proposals
• Prepare accurate measurements, estimates, and contracts for bath, window, door, and other renovation projects
• Manage full sales cycle from initial appointment to signed agreement
• Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Use CRM tools to document appointments, quotes, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
• Educate customers on product features, financing options, and warranties while delivering a superior homeowner experience
