We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in building and optimizing AI-powered applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Node.js, and Cosmos DB/SQL, along with practical experience troubleshooting and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and migrating traditional RAG architectures to GraphRAG.

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications using Azure AI services.
• Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search.
• Analyze, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing RAG implementations.
• Convert and optimize traditional RAG solutions into GraphRAG architectures.
• Develop serverless applications using Azure Functions.
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and optimize data solutions using Cosmos DB and SQL databases.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.

• 5 7 years of hands-on experience as an AI Engineer/AI Specialist.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI Search.
• Experience with Azure Functions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on development experience with Node.js.
• Experience with Cosmos DB and SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Experience debugging, optimizing, and troubleshooting AI applications.
• Hands-on experience converting RAG solutions to GraphRAG.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of Graph Databases (Neo4j, Cosmos DB Gremlin API, or similar).
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience designing scalable AI and cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
