Job Description

Our Tampa, FL client seeks a Director - IAM Product to join their team immediately on a 6-month contract to hire position.

Candidates must live within 75 miles of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to Greater Tampa.

Required experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
10 years of product owner or product management experience, including portfolio-level ownership.
5 years in an IAM or security-adjacent domain; 3 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ownership of an investment case and budget defended at executive level.
Executive-level vendor negotiation experience across a multi-vendor estate.
