Job Description

Mobile Developer / Engineer (C++ Swift) Cambridge/ WFH to £80k

Are you a Mobile Developer with strong C++ and Swift development experience?

You could be progressing your career as a Mobile Developer at one of the world's leading cyber security technology companies, where you'll help develop next generation software that protects organisations from increasingly sophisticated AI driven cyber threats.

As a Mobile Developer, you'll design, develop and maintain a macOS codebase using modern C++ and Swift, working within a fast-paced R&D environment. You'll take ownership of projects from rapid prototyping and exploring new ideas through to developing and enhancing established platforms.

You'll contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, while helping drive innovation and technical excellence. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to influence technical direction, solve interesting problems and develop your skills across a modern R&D environment.

Location / WFH:

You'll join a highly talented, diverse team in the Cambridge office twice a week where you can enjoy a great team atmosphere with free lunches and problem solving sessions.

About you:

You have strong C++ development skills combined with Swift and macOS experience
You're comfortable working autonomously and making technical decisions, while collaborating effectively within a team
You're knowledgeable or interested in cyber security and malware forensics
You have advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills
You have a strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
You're collaborative with great communication skills
