This Technical Support Engineer Role Will Include:

* Technical Support Engineer position - working remotely
* Providing over the phone technical support to customers and engineers
* Working on food processing equipment
* Diagnosing faults and assisting with troubleshooting
* Developing strong product and technical knowledge
* Access to continuous OEM training and development
The Ideal Technical Support Engineer Will Have:

* Basic Electrical / Mechanical engineering knowledge
* Field Service Engineer looking to come off the road considered
* Alternatively, someone with a basic engineering background looking to take their first step into a technical support role
* Good computer skills
