Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Principal, People Analytics & Insights Partner to shape data-driven workforce strategy for a leading manufacturer of premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this senior role, you will partner with HR and business leaders to turn complex people data into clear insights that improve hiring, retention, engagement, and performance across our plants and corporate teams. You will own key dashboards, analytics roadmaps, and advanced analyses while promoting a data-informed culture. Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of people analytics to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness at Marvin.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders in manufacturing operations to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that provide visibility into talent, engagement, retention, and performance trends.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data modeling to identify drivers of workforce outcomes and inform strategic decisions across plants and corporate functions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across HR systems and analytics platforms, collaborating with IT and HRIS teams.
  • Consult on experiment design, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives related to people programs and policies.
  • Present complex findings in clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive, HR, and operations audiences.
  • Coach HR partners and leaders on interpreting metrics, defining KPIs, and building a data-informed culture.
  • Stay current on best practices in people analytics, DEI measurement, and workforce insights within manufacturing and related industries.
  • Contribute to long-term analytics roadmap, including advanced modeling, predictive insights, and scalable analytics capabilities.
