At rhode, every product is intentionally developed - from formulation to packaging - held to an uncompromising standard of quality, performance, and execution.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to help bring our products to life through strong supplier partnerships, disciplined execution, and a deep understanding of what it takes to scale a modern beauty brand.
In this role, you’ll support new product launches, post-development optimization, and supplier execution across rhode’s portfolio, while operating within the broader e.l.f. Beauty sourcing framework. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day supplier management, deeply cross-functional, and instrumental in ensuring our sourcing decisions support innovation, speed, and brand integrity.
What You'll Do
Sourcing & Execution:
·       Execute sourcing strategies across packaging, finished goods, in alignment with broader business objectives.
·       Support new product launches for rhode by coordinating supplier readiness, timelines, and deliverables.
·       Partner cross-functionally  to support post-development optimization initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management:
·       Manage ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.
·       Support supplier negotiations by preparing cost analyses, benchmarks, and recommendations.
·       Assist in managing contractual terms related to pricing, capacity, and supply continuity, escalating issues as needed.
Innovation & Collaboration:
·       Partner with R&D, Product Development, and Marketing to support internally and externally led development pathways.
·       Support supplier-led innovation by tracking capabilities, samples, and development timelines.
·       Coordinate supplier participation in development and commercialization activities.
Global Alignment:
·       Contribute to maintaining a diverse supplier base that supports category growth and brand requirements.
