💼 Job Type: Contract (W2 Only)
📅 Duration: 6+ Months
💰 Pay Rate: Up to $54/hr (W2)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and execute test strategies for AI applications
✅ Validate LLM-based solutions for accuracy, safety, relevance, and performance
✅ Test prompts, RAG pipelines, APIs, workflows, and system integrations
✅ Identify model failure modes, hallucinations, and quality risks
✅ Support AI test automation, monitoring, and release readiness
✅ Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders

Required Skills

✔️ 6+ years of Quality Engineering / QA experience
✔️ Enterprise application, API, and data pipeline testing
✔️ AI/ML system validation (LLMs, Prompt Testing, or Model-driven Workflows)
✔️ Test Automation & CI/CD
✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills
