Azure to AWS Migration Engineer - Onsite at Irving, TX

Role Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Migration Engineer to support an application migration program from Azure to AWS. The role covers IaC design/review, database provisioning, and replication, and build validation using Jenkins-based pipelines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on IaC experience (Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM templates)
• Jenkins — pipeline design, build validation, and automation
• Strong AWS fundamentals: EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM
• DBA skills specific to AWS RDS — provisioning, storage sizing, replication (Multi-AZ / Read Replicas), backup & restore
• Working knowledge of Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking) for source-side migration understanding
• Prior experience on cloud migration projects (Azure → AWS preferred)
