Job Description:
The Systems Architect will support cloud services, including cloud integration technical assistance, cloud-based analytics and security programs, and training for department personnel on cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS solutions using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, and WSO2 Identity Manager.
• Design and implement secure applications using security APIs, transport and message-layer security, encryption/decryption algorithms, SAML, SSO, OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Serve as Lead Technical Architect on projects involving systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• Perform XSLT programming to create custom stylesheets for IBM DataPower.
• Perform application load balancing using Kemp Application Delivery Controller.
• Manage application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
• Architect, develop, and debug Java applications.
• Create technical diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.

• 15+ years of experience in Systems Architecture.
• Experience defining the architecture of computerized systems, including system components, component interactions and interfaces, technologies, and resources required for implementation.
  Required Experience:
• 84 months experience architecting SOA, PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, and WSO2 Identity Manager.
• 84 months experience designing secure applications using security APIs, transport/message-layer security, encryption/decryption, SAML, OAuth, and MFA.
• 84 months experience as a Lead Technical Architect designing systems architecture and managing configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• 36 months experience designing native cloud systems using AWS services.
• 36 months experience with application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
