Global Channel Sales - This role is for CAN-ON-Mississauga office.
Role Overview: 
Support Commercial managers and Regional Hub in using and understanding local data (on consumer behavior, retail capabilities etc.) by providing relevant insights and consistent reporting & tools to help improve decision making and return on investment.
What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to make sure local data collection from retailers is done consistently in line with Regional Hub guidelines
  • Delivering ad-hoc local analysis and insight to Commercial managers and Regional hubs to help identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Delivering reports in line with regional hub deadlines
  • Supporting Commercial Managers in accessing data & reporting to support decision making and return on investment analysis
  • Facilitate the bringing together reporting on sales, retail marketing, consumer trends etc. from other departments to support Commercial Managers
  • Support ROI analysis of Co-Op investment and other commercial activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of Retail Partner systems (Ex. WM Retail Link)
  • (ROI) evaluation x activity x account
  • Understanding of tools, data available (and who to get it from)
  • Facilitation skills
  • Commercial understanding (retailer and market)
  • Proactive and flexible

Roles you may work with:

  • Provide support to Commercial managers & Regional Hub
  • Direct contact with Retail Partners
  • Report to the Canadian Sr. Commercial Manager 
  • Collaborate closely with teams and roles that provide tools and analysis (Inc. Sales Planning & Analysis team, Business Analysts, Local & Regional Finance, Marketing Analytics Managers, Operations)
  • Collaborate with, Retail Marketing & Experience/Marketing Collaboration, Sales Operations Liaison, Digital @ Retail

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Intern Pay Range
$24—$30 CAD
