Job Description:

The Technical Business Systems Analyst will support user story development and improving backlog readiness for upcoming sprints. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors to clarify requirements, document expected system behavior and ensure backlog items align with standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting requirements documentation.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and coordinate input from Product, Technology, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Coach existing BSA to ensure the team continues its success trajectory upon completion of this contract.
• Review stories for completeness, clarity, testability, dependencies, and readiness for estimation.
• Identify and help resolve requirement gaps, open questions, and technical or business dependencies.
• Break down larger features into appropriately sized stories for future sprint development.
• Maintain backlog documentation and provide visibility into story readiness, blockers, and decisions needed.
