Kfz-Monteur (m/w/d) Fahrzeugglas mit Leitungsfunktion | Wasserburg, Germany | On-site We're hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units. The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d), overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and assist customers from order placement to vehicle return with excellent service orientation. • Responsible for invoicing, managing customer funds, and processing incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required expert examination or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d) certification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, fostering trust and collaboration.
