We're hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units. We are committed to safety, reliability, and the highest quality standards, making a difference with exceptional dedication.

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d), overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Advise and assist customers from order placement to vehicle return with excellent service orientation.
• Responsible for invoicing, managing customer funds, and processing incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required expert examination or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d) certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, fostering trust and collaboration.
